This book really displayed the difficulties that children have who have a different learning style than the general public. I would hope every teacher would read this book and have more compassion to a child with learning disabilities. It should be mandatory reading for anyone in special education.

If you or someone you know is dyslexic, then you must read this book! It’s a must-have for anyone who wants to learn more about this condition and how to cope with it. Trust me, this book will be a game-changer for you and your loved ones.

Wonderful! The author covers the reality of dyslexia. I had a sibling who was challenged with dyslexia back in the ‘50s but couldn’t name it. It seemed to us ‘lazy’ – but not so… Thank you for un-stigmatizing.

A great read for anyone who’s experienced learning challenges. A very eye-opening account of the challenges kids with learning disabilities faced (and continue to face) in standardized educational systems. Also, a heartwarming tale of success.
