Right when i picked up the book and started reading i could not stop. The descriptive writing style along with action and adventure through Minnesota kept me interested throughout the book. Being raised in Minnesota hearing some of the familiar towns just adds to the excitement. I recommend this book to anyone from Minnesota as well as anyone interested in science fiction books about werewolves.

I really like this book. Characters are fleshed out well. They are likable and endearing. It’s not traditional in the sense that it is the whole “pack living among humans without being seen” type of story. I don’t mind that if it is a good read, and this one certainly is. I’ll read a sequel if one is offered.

Great storyline. The way a werewolf book should be written. Lots of drama and suspense. Glad to read about werewolves instead of Twilight-themed werewolves. Authors like this should gets big round of applause for writing an original werewolf book.

It took me a while to really get into this book but it was worth the perseverance. Its a werewolf story with a big difference to any other I’ve read or seen in film. The characters are seemingly normal people until the werewolf trait in them presents itself. John Fort has written a very good description of how the human body changes form from human to werewolf and back again. There is a lot of goriness in the story but given the subject matter this was to be expected, the book wouldn’t have had any credibility without it.
