David Walter

Life-long concerns with environmental problems plus a Bachelor degree in biology led David Walter to the question of how humans could cause the environmental problems that we do, while every other species is constrained from creating these same problems. A Master’s degree in Public Policy provided a grounding in economics and policy dynamics and an understanding of how problems are solved at the political level.
