JUNE E. LOBDELL-SKJERVOLD has loved poetry all her life. June attended Reed College in Portland, Oregon and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in English Literature. June lives in Shorewood Minnesota with her beloved cat Pearl less than a mile from her childhood home. June’s lifelong appreciation of the natural world is a thread running throughout these poems, and she is an avid environmentalist.
