Dan Roettger

Born and raised in rural Missouri, Dan Roettger poured concrete for a living before throwing down his shovel in disgust and attending the University of Missouri, graduating with a degree in journalism. He went on to enjoy an award-winning career as an advertising creative writer and has shelves of cute little statues to prove it. “Rolling Pigeons” is his debut novel but has been a work in progress for a long time. He recently moved back to his rural roots in northern Minnesota, where he was able to put the finishing touches to the book and concentrate on other stories waiting to be told.
